 Financial Aid Scholarship Application

Midwestern has a limited amount of institutional scholarships that are available each year to students. This scholarship form is used for the awarding of all institutional scholarships. Since there are only a limited number of scholarships, students are only awarded one per academic year, one half in the Fall Semester and one half in the Spring Semester.


General endowed scholarship awarding criteria:

  1. Most scholarships are available only to students who maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA.
  2. Must be enrolled as a Full-time student: Masters – nine (9) hours per semester; Undergraduate – twelve (12) hours per semester.
  3. Admissions application must be completed and student must be fully admitted into the degree program indicated on this form.
  4. The Priority Deadline for Scholarship Applications is June 1 for the Fall and November 1 for the Spring and must be turned into the Financial Services Office by that date.  Applications submitted after the Spring priority deadline will ​be considered for scholarships in the next academic year.​
