Refund Request Form

All refund requests must be submitted online.

Note: When the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.

Important: Refunds are not processed automatically and must be requested by the student using the form below. If classes have been dropped online or in person, the refund request form below is still required to be submitted. Students may choose to leave a credit on the student account to cover future enrollment charges.

Note: All refunds are subject to approval. Refunds will be issued by check and normally take up to 21 calendar days from submission of this form. Student will be notified by email when checks are available for pickup in the office and are mailed to the address above if not picked up within 14 calendar days.

I request a refund of my credit balance and certify that I am legally entitled to said funds.
